Cancellation Policy

FWSL Membership Cancellation Policy

The Flagstaff Women’s Soccer League (FWSL) reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership in the FWSL at any time and for any reason.

 

Membership Cancellation by Player

The player must make all cancellation requests.

Membership cancellations will be accepted from the player at any time; however, no refund will be given to the player. 

Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail.

The above policies apply to all FWSL memberships unless otherwise noted in membership materials. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies.
